Garden News

We are so lucky to have a wonderful garden space that our children can make use of every day.  Thanks to a small but dedicated group of volunteers, the garden has been transformed!  Every class, as well as After School Club, has been allocated a raised bed and thanks to the input from Ropley Horticultural Society, the beds are being planted with easy to maintain plants, fruits and vegetables.

We have some new signs in each bed and the winners of our House Sunflower competition will get to choose a name for our garden! There are lots of photos on our website under the News and Events Tab – Photo Gallery.  Please take a look and see how amazing our garden is looking.

Exciting Library Upgrade

Thanks to the amazing fundraising efforts of our wonderful FROGS, we are able to plan an exciting upgrade to our library this summer.

We asked the children for their input and then we engaged a creative design company to help us realise some of the fantastic ideas the children had.  Over the summer, we will totally transform the library into a space that is exciting, engaging and welcoming.  One where the children will want to take a book and find a comfy space to lose themselves in its pages.

We hope to hold an open afternoon in the Autumn term, where we can finally invite parents and our local community back into our school to see some of the wonderful changes that have taken place over the last 12 months.  We will keep you updated.
