THE FLOWERS!

How to help with the flowers – You could:

·         Take responsibility for an arrangement, including sourcing the flowers

·         Do an arrangement using flowers that have been ordered and paid for by the Committee

·         Pay for flowers for an arrangement, which our talented flower arrangers will be pleased to arrange. Sponsorship costs £80‒100, but several people/organisations could jointly sponsor an arrangement.

Some ideas are below – if there is one you would like to create or sponsor please let us know.

Ideas

We want a mix of large and small arrangements linked to the Coronation theme. Some ideas to get you thinking!

·         Regalia of the coronation – crown, throne, orb and sceptre

·         The countries of the United Kingdom

·         The countries of the Commonwealth

·         The legacy of Queen Elizabeth II

·         Royal residences and gardens

·         The interests of King Charles III – sustainability, recycling/upcycling, ecology, conservation, art, architecture, herbs and healing, inclusivity

·         Local links to royalty
