Can you help replace stiles with kissing gates?
Ropley Parish Council is keen to improve access to the wonderful footpath network in Ropley by replacing some stiles with kissing gates.
We plan to apply for funding from Hampshire County Council to support this, as well as use Parish Council funds set aside for this purpose.
Some parishes have set up volunteer groups who work alongside expert rangers from Hampshire County Council to instal kissing gates. It would be great if Ropley could do the same – free labour would mean that we could buy more kissing gates with the funds available.
You will need to be available on a weekday, as the Hampshire Access Team work Monday to Fridays.
