In 2021 we became Joint Chairs of the Friends of St Peter’s Church, Ropley for a two-year period. We believe that it is important for the Friends to have ‘new blood with new ideas’ on a regular basis, so we will be standing down in 2023 following our AGM and summer party.
The Friends is a wonderful and long-standing part of Ropley life and we would thoroughly encourage anyone (or two!) to consider taking on the chair. We will also be looking for a new Treasurer to replace John, who stepped in temporarily when we desperately needed financial guidance.
Please do consider taking on these roles – it really is a pleasure!
