Enjoy the exquisite sound of one of the most individual instruments of the orchestra, the cor anglais – perhaps best described as the big brother of the oboe section. Up-and-coming talent Drake Gritton will give a recital accompanied by his father, local Ropley musician Peter Gritton, ahead of his sell-out recital in the Liverpool Philharmonic Music Room later this year.
Drake regularly appears with many leading orchestras including the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Royal Opera House and London Symphony Orchestra.
